If you wish, your finished work will be available to view online for approval in a private directory.
PhotoMD ONLY prints archival quality.
This means that your photos and documents will be printed on acid-free paper, using pigment inks which are rated for permanence from 75-200 years.

Cost - any combination of sizes: $10.00 per 8x10 (8.5x11) and $25.00 per 13x19 sheet. (Volume discounts available; call!)
*NOTE: At PhotoMD, we use paper wisely and pass on the savings to you. If your print fits a sheet reprint format, you will only be charged that price. Example: TWO 5x7 archival prints can fit on one 8.5x11 sheet, so the cost will be for ONE sheet reprint. See Sheet Reprints. Some sheet formats require borderless prints (no white border). Keep this in mind when ordering!)
DVD with Images and Music
Your images will play in a 'slide show', timed to change and go along with the music you choose!
$100.00 plus $1.25 to $1.50/scan up to 75 photos. Over 75 - $150. plus $1.25 to $1.50/scan. to 1200dpi. Over 125 photos, custom quote. (per slide price depends on condition of slide and requested dpi.)
Includes 3 songs ($2.00 per additional song if we have it or you provide it, otherwise, $8.00 per song if we have to buy it)
Includes Chapter screen (if desired) and two titles (screen with your words on it) - additional titles are $2.00 each

CDs and DVDs
DELUXE: THREE versions of your images on a CD - 1- original unretouched scan, 2- restored: for print, 3- restored: for web/email - $2.00 per each image scanned without retouch (print, negative or slide), plus $5.00 per CD or $15.00 per DVD. (If retouched or otherwise scanned, no additional per image costs)
STANDARD: Restored file(s) only of your images on a CD - $5.00 per CD or $15.00 per DVD; no extra charge per image.
ADDITIONAL CDs: copies of original - $5.00 each; DVDs, $15.00 each.
ARCHIVING SERVICES WITH NO RETOUCHING:
SLIDES/NEGATIVES: Scan and save on CD with cropping and squaring, auto color adjustment, no multiple resolutions, no prints - $5.00 per CD plus $1.25 to $1.50 per slide or negative.
PHOTOGRAPHS and ARTWORK: Scan and save on CD (cropping, squaring, auto color-balancing, no retouching, no prints) $5.00 per CD plus $2.00 per image.
Note that images larger than 8x10 are $5.00 each with the same treatment as above.
Very large images or framed artwork can be photographed in our studio, and saved as files. Custom pricing, depends on size, condition, etc.
SAME as above but on DVD (used for larger numbers of files) $15.00 per DVD, other costs as above.
VHS to DVD:
We do NOT do any work with Super8 film, and we no longer copy DVDs and VHS to DVD. Call us, we can recommend someone locally who does this work.

Call for quote on large quantities. If the number of images exceeds the capacity of one CD, there is an $10.00 charge for each additional CD needed. How many images can one CD hold? We use 700 Mb CDs, and on *average, you can get 15-25 images (3x5 & 4x6) on it. This can vary substantially, depending on the size of the files, if you want multiple resolutions or not, etc., but will give you a general idea of what to expect. A DVD holds 4.5 Gigabytes of images, or approximately 5-6 times the number of images possible on a CD.
